- lana2 assigns a technician to the client and he/she remains fully available for the customers system needed works: Maintenance, Installations, Projects, Training, and Network Administration.
The clients contract the hours of dedication according to their needs and distributed the following way:
>> Contract of 4 hours: 1 day x week shift in the morning or in the afternoon from Monday to Friday
>> Contract of 8 hours: 2 days x week shifts in the morning or in the afternoon from Monday to Friday.
Or tailored designed outsourcing contracts according with the needs of the client.
