That is a contract and commitment of immediate in-site support of the IT network of the client. It offers a TMR of 8 working hours for the working stations and printers making up the network.
For the network servers we apply a 24 hours non-stop service with a TMR of 4 hours in front of system failure urgency.
This kind of contract also includes a Telephone Help Desk Service Line during working schedule hours in order to help users with any possible problem or question referred to the use of their IT systems.
