In Lana2 people are the key, because we give maximum importance to a one to one partnership and maximum attention to our clients and users. Therefore we also incorporate the Remote Management to offer an even better and quicker daily management service to our customers.

Most large IT consultants have a work structure where salespersons contact the clients, but are the technicians who are in charge of installing the systems and give the post sales maintenance service. In Lana2 we want our clients to know during the entire project that we are always perform what we previously committed. Our customers know their future technical project manager and the tech team from the very first moment. That is why our technical-sales team works directly without other sales intermediaries.
